There is no secret to this outfit. The key seems apparent: structure, structure, structure! Such oversized architectural pieces work great in monochromatic outfits, which emphasize the sharp exciting shapes even more.
The rest is played down a bit (especially the cute tiny silver details), but peeking under the vest made me see the slight ruffle on the shirt tucked into the skirt. Gorgeous with the shoes, which by the way are structurally interesting as well (belt and buckle on belt and buckle etc.)
