I would be way to self concious of my boobs popping out to wear that dress. I hope you find one with a higher neckline either that or if you pull that neckline off without feeling rather uncomfortable good for you...I just don't have that much faith in any boob tape that might exist out there. Also, I would try net-a-porter I saw a few the other day that would work as a copy cat.
