DIY: MR. KARL LAGERFELD

Same basics as the David B tee, but with the incredible image of Mr. Karl Lagerfeld in the shade.I adore this tee and I am defenetely planning on wearing it often.

I also made the sequins head band, hope you like it :)

So this is how I wore my David Bowie tee, mixing it with my H&M plaid blazer made it feel so D&G.

Since I couldnt get my hands on the real deal, I decided to make it myself and I quite like the tanktop idea better than the shirt, maybe its just me.

So this is how I did it:

Made my own Tee and printed my own image, ironed it together and here we have it!

How excited are you, about the sale season starting early???? I know I am!!!!!

Sorry for being absent for a week period, this holidays have been a bit/LOT busy, spending xmas with the bf´s family which has been really nice!!! making a bunch of DIY projects etc, but since everyone is here, I hardly have time to get online and normally forget to take snap shots of my outfits! I know, I ve been bad, I need to wear them again so I can show you.

So I had a little trip the shopping street in Amsterdam yesterday, to find out that all the january sales have started!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! OMG, I was so excited!!!!

This plaid tunic dress was something I got, I will eventually show you what else, you will have to wait and see ;)

Oh!! Ive been doing a lot of DIY stuff lately!!! I thing YOU ARE GOING TO LIKE IT!!! Something is VERY VERY BALMAIN!!! I cant wait to show you!!!!!!!!!! and other stuff as well, everything is finished, now I just have to wear it and Oh I cant wait!

I made this skirt few months ago, it is nothing special, just a tight black mini, but I´ve found it really useful & versatile! I can wear it with pretty much everything.

REMEMBER ME???

I made this skirt about a month ago and today I realized I shouldnt make things just to wear them once, so I wore it again! Oh yeah! I also got myself the Vogue SS 09 collections edition & a starbucks latte, a must haves if you ask me, I already feel all the inspiration!!!!

I do not advice you to wear knee socks with this weather, it was a bad, bad idea...oh well, the day is over and I survived!

I ´ve been looking for a starry fabric for ages!!!! I still havent found one, what I did find, is this amazing croped jacket at H&M on monday, it is perfect but what I liked the most, was the price!!!
I found this baby on sale... 9 amazing euros!!!

I dont have pics from today since it was a pretty lame one , didnt wear anthing interesting and since I dont want to post without a pic, I´ll post something from the Death Cab for Cutie´s concert few months back, I love the scarf and I´ve never posted about it before, I picked it up at...you guessed! H&M, lol.

OVERSIZED

I am a huge fan of oversized, shirts, sweaters, jackets, pretty much everything (but pants!) lol, as long as it looks good of course!

I found this at H&M and immediately pictured it with knee length socks, so as soon as I got it that was exactly how I wore it!

COOL FIND

I found this amazing ring at the same place where I found my snake ring.
I think they are edgy and cool, not something you see everywhere. I must confess that I have an obsession for rings, I’ve always had, I think they might be my fav accessory.

I like them big and chunky; it’s a great way to make a statement and dress up an outfit.
I have a bit of a problem though, my fingers are the smallest ring size (don’t know why) so its a bit hard for me to find ones that fit, so I end up wearing most of my rind on my index finger.

A TOUCH OF PINK

Today was fun!!!
I went to the launch of my fav Mexican restaurant´s new tequila. I ´ve been missing home to the extreme lately and being there reminded me so much of it! They had mexican food & a mariachi!! Which is the best thing that can happen to me right now! I guess you can call this the Mexican living abroad syndrome, but a live mariachi playing was just the thing that I needed.

I miss my sunny, warm and beautiful Mexico !!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was wearing my adored AA tri-blend tank top and a skirt I made while I was in Mexico last spring. I realized it is actually the first time I´ve worn it since I made it.
